The Second Job No One is Paying You For – Brown Bag Leadership
Kearneygrace   -

According to Harvard business faculty Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey, every person is doing a job no one is paying them for. That job is covering their weaknesses and projecting an image that they want others to believe. They write about this in their book called “An Everyone Culture”. In this session Kris talks about how we as leaders can grow to be authentic and vulnerable at the same time. Using the Johari window as a tool, Kris unpacks how we can grow in our self-awareness and become better leaders.
